• Degree or professional qualification in carbon management, climate change or project delivery.
• APM Full Member accreditation is required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, subject matter experts and partners.
• Strong understanding of energy and carbon management and climate solutions.
• Good analytical skills and data management ability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end capital projects to decarbonise the estate, including solar PV and heating systems.
• Oversee data improvement actions within the Estates Decarbonisation Action Plan and smart controls.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints with contractors and stakeholders.
• Develop robust business cases to secure investment and quantify benefits.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, financial, contract and safety requirements.
