HC-One is seeking a Helpdesk Team Leader to oversee the estates helpdesk and lead a small team from our Central Support Office in Darlington. The role drives maintenance activity across a large portfolio of care homes, ensuring timely progression and strong compliance, with 37.5 hours per week at a fixed office location.

You will work closely with Maintenance Managers, Regional Surveyors and contractors to prioritise work, monitor performance and deliver a responsive, high-quality service.

Formación

• Experience coordinating maintenance in a busy multi-site environment.
• Experience supervising a small team.
• Strong knowledge of facilities management, maintenance coordination and PPM.
• Experience using facilities management or estates systems to monitor performance.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the estates helpdesk and lead a small team.
• Monitor live maintenance jobs and ensure timely progression within service levels.
• Coordinate with contractors and Home Managers across multiple sites.
• Produce reports to support maintenance planning and decision-making.
• Develop Helpdesk Assistants and continuous improvements to processes.
