Job summary

East Sussex Fire & Rescue Service is seeking an Estates & Facilities Assistant Business Partner to support our Estates team across East Sussex. You will be the main point of contact for staff on stations, driving improvements and ensuring compliance across the property portfolio.

This role requires knowledge of CAFM systems, contractor management in the public sector, and the ability to drive service improvements while living in East Sussex and holding a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and dedicated, with drive to deliver the service vision.
• Ability to operate across multiple ESFRS sites in East Sussex.
