East Sussex Fire & Rescue Service is seeking an Estates & Facilities Assistant Business Partner to support our Estates team across East Sussex. You will be the main point of contact for staff on stations, driving improvements and ensuring compliance across the property portfolio.
This role requires knowledge of CAFM systems, contractor management in the public sector, and the ability to drive service improvements while living in East Sussex and holding a valid driving licence.

Are you currently looking for a new exciting opportunity where no day is ever the same working across multiple ESFRS sites across East Sussex, helping our Estates team deliver the service Strategy, ensuring our estate remains safe, compliant, operational and fit for purpose on a day-to-day basis.
As the Estates & Facilities Assistant Business Partner you will be the main point of contact for our operational and support staff on station.
This is more than a facilities role. It's an opportunity to influence decisions, lead planned improvements, and work with colleagues across the Service to deliver quality environments where our teams can thrive. Using your knowledge and practical application of CAFM systems, as well as managing contractors in the public sector and running ITT, while ensuring compliance across the property portfolio.

The successful candidate will need to be enthusiastic, dedicated and have the knowledge and drive to help deliver the service vision. They will need to live in East Sussex and have a driving licence.
