South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Estates Officer to join the Estates Team. The role covers day-to-day management of Trust buildings, liaison with contractors, suppliers, and planning staff to ensure safe, efficient premises.

The successful candidate will have an electrical background, experience in facilities management, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety and delivery across multiple

Competenze

• Experience in Estates/Facilities Management roles with broad survey or maintenance exposure.
• Electrical knowledge for sites with secondary and tertiary power supplies.
• Sound knowledge of contractor management, health and safety and project management.
• Good communication, attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team.

Mansioni

• Day-to-day management of operational aspects of Trust buildings and internal customers.
• Contribute to planning and delegation of minor estates schemes/projects.
• Liaise with operational teams, contractors, suppliers and planning officers.
• Build productive relationships and ensure safe, efficient and patient-focused facilities.

HNC/D minimum level qualification in construction or building services

General Estate Management experience including working with landlords and statutory bodies
