Job summary

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Contracts and Specialist Services Manager to oversee contracted estates and facilities services, ensuring safety, efficiency and HTM/compliance standards across external providers.

You will lead mobilisation, performance management and governance for SLAs and KPIs, while coordinating with Estates, Procurement and service partners to deliver reliable, cost-effective services within the NHS framework.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering contract management frameworks including SLAs and KPIs.
• Proven ability to mobilise contracts and manage performance.
• Experience with audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
• Experience in healthcare or hospital settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract mobilisation and performance monitoring for external providers.
• Develop and implement governance and reporting mechanisms for contracts.
• Manage specialist estates and facilities service contracts and supply chain functions.
