A leading educational trust in London is seeking an Estates & Facilities Asset Manager to oversee property asset management and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. This role involves maintaining records, managing estate activities, and collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Salary: Grade PO34 (Spine Points 38-44), Outer London Business Support Scale, £44,327.00 - £50,568.00 per annum (FTE)
Location: Copthall House, SM1 1DA, with frequent travel across Trust sites
Working Pattern: 36 hours per week, 8.45am – 4.30pm M-Th and 8.45am – 4.15pm F

The Estates & Facilities team at OHC&AT seeks to appoint an Estates & Facilities Asset Manager. The role involves maintaining accurate records of our property assets, managing estate activities such as rent and rate reviews, lease extensions, and renewals, and ensuring the property asset database is up-to-date with condition, suitability, and sufficiency data. You will also work with colleagues to ensure timely reporting of asset information to the Department for Education and contribute to policies and procedures related to our property and fleet assets to meet statutory requirements.
