Job summary

Qualifications

• Applicants must have trade experience in an engineering capacity.
• Experience managing a multi-disciplinary maintenance team.
• Experience working with budgets and meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site services infrastructure including Steam Boilers & Pressure Systems, Ventilation, Fire Alarm and Electrical Systems.
• Provide and maintain safe and comfortable environments for patients, public and staff.
• Manage direct labour staff and external contractors to deliver maintenance services.
• Act as Authorised Person for systems after training and appropriate qualifications.
• Travel to other sites within West Fife and North East Fife sectors as required.
