A prominent healthcare property management organization is seeking an Estates Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract based at Wembley Centre for Health. The role involves managing a portfolio of NHS Sites across outer west London. This role involves managing a portfolio of approximately 14 NHS Sites across outer west London, primarily based at Wembley Centre for Health. It is a reactive position requiring site attendance at short notice. The Estates Coordinator will oversee the coordination of both in-house and outsourced facilities services, ensuring local site operations meet the needs of colleagues, patients, and visitors in line with NHS policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
