Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the Estates (Small Works) team across refurbishment, fit-out and new-build commercial projects. You will oversee delivery on multiple sites, ensuring safety, programme, budget and quality standards.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will collaborate with commercial and design departments, lead site teams, and drive successful project outcomes while maintaining strong client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as Contracts Manager in construction, leading refurbishment, fit-out and new-build projects.
• Strong leadership, client relationship skills and ability to manage multiple sites.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and best practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of refurbishment, fit-out and new-build projects across multiple sites.
• Lead Project and Site Managers and collaborate with commercial and design teams.
• Ensure safety, on-time delivery, budget adherence and high-quality outcomes.
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Monitor programmes, budgets and resources; identify and manage risks.
