The role involves a diverse range of responsibilities, including reception duties, the delivery, collection and sorting of post, monitoring room bookings, and carrying out compliance checks and testing.

This is a varied, hands-on role that plays a key part in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the campus.

You will deal with a wide range of enquiries from university staff, students, and members of the public, giving the most efficient and accurate help and advice in a friendly, calm, and welcoming manner. As the 'face' of the University, you will provide a positive experience to everyone you encounter.

Working pattern: 35 hours per week, Mon - Fri, with a variable shift pattern including early starts (0600) and late finishes (midnight), covering multiple locations, so flexibility is essential.
