Princethorpe Junior School is seeking an Estates professional to join the Estates Team. The role focuses on being the main point of contact for Estate-related matters at Princethorpe Infant and Junior School, supporting refurbishment and capital programmes, and assisting in delivering the Trust Estates Management Plan.
You will work with the Central Team and report to the Estates Manager, ensuring safety, continuity, and a learning-friendly environment across the school estate.
You will join our Estates Team based at Princethorpe Infant and Junior School and be the main point of contact for the Executive Headteacher and Cleaning Staff on all Estate related matters. Working with the Central Team and reporting to the Estates Manager, you will help drive refurbishment and capital programmes within your school environment and assist the Trust Estates Manager in delivering the Trust Estates Management Plan.
