We are now offering a fantastic opportunity to join the Grimsby Institute in the role of Administrator. About the role

You will be required to provide general administrative support and procurement responsibilities for the Estates department. As the first point of contact for the department you should be capable of dealing with enquiries from external partners and internal colleagues with the same high level of customer service.

The successful candidate will also be required to manage central databases, records, and contractor information, ensuring that the College and its contractors are always legally compliant.

About the person

The role requires close recording and monitoring of budget expenditure, producing efficient information for managers to effectively control the budget. The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills, be educated to at least Level 3 or have gained the equivalent knowledge through experience in a similar role. The role will require raising Purchase Orders, supporting on a job system for reactive maintenance, responding to stakeholder emails and answering phones.
