The Estate Venue Security Manager will be responsible for the overall physical security of a large, high-profile site, leading all aspects of daily and event security operations while ensuring a unique customer experience.
In this exceptional role, the successful candidate will have the ability to define and execute the implementation of the security strategy in partnership with the client, oversee contract delivery, financials, audits, and continuously drive improvements and innovation.
The Estate Venue Security Manager will be the key liaison point of contact with senior stakeholders, occupiers, emergency services, and internal teams, providing visible leadership to a diverse security workforce.
