Location: London - Wrights Road working in North London

Salary: £29,903 - £32,926 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

We’re looking for Estate Services Mobile Operatives to bring their expertise to the Estate Services Team. You will need to enjoy working with people and be able to use your knowledge and experience to make a real difference to our communities and our residents.

With experience of caretaking and grounds maintenance, you’ll be responsible for deep cleans with the use of machinery, such as a pressure washers and floor scrubbers on internal and external areas of the estates as well as general cleaning.

You’ll operate a vehicles, machines and equipment across the range of the Estates Services Team, load a rapid bulk refuse collection vehicle and collect bulk refuse and unwanted items from various internal and external locations. This is a varied and challenging role, which requires commitment, good customer care skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a 'can do' mentality.

You’ll need to be proactive in your daily activities and aware of safe working practices. You’ll have the ability to deal with members of the public, staff and community representatives in a courteous, effective and professional manner.

Behaviours & Mandatory Accountabilities OD level 6 and 7
