Responsibilities

• Conduct empathetic consultations with clients at home or online to understand their wishes.
• Explain wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney in plain terms.
• Keep accurate records and document client decisions clearly.
• Collaborate with the legal team to stay updated on standards and requirements.
• Assist with online wills and other services as needed.
• Provide exceptional aftercare and help clients make changes when life shifts.
