The role requires strong empathy, excellent communication, and the ability to work remotely with travel to clients' locations across England. UK driving licence and access to a car are essential for local travel.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Wills, LPAs, and trusts.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
• Ability to work with clients remotely and during home visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits to discuss clients' estate planning needs.
• Explain how wills, trusts and LPAs protect estates.
• Collaborate with legal teams to stay updated on laws.
• Keep meticulous client records and documentation.
• Support online Will and other services as needed.
• Provide ongoing client support after visits.
