Job Title: Estate Operations Supervisor
Working Pattern: Full-time - on site 5 days per week
Working Location: Raynesway, Derby
Reporting to the Estate Operations Manager, the Estate Operations Supervisor is part of the Infrastructure Estate Management Team, acting as a principal contact between multiple stakeholders, evaluating, deconflicting, and approving works in support of estates operations and contractor activities. The role involves working within HSE and security processes to deliver all infrastructure works undertaken by Submarines business staff, embedded contractors, and other contractors, ensuring works are completed according to schedule and correctly permitted and controlled in line with agreed arrangements.
