Connells Group is seeking an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator for the Fulfords residential sales team in Dawlish. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, generating valuations, conducting viewings, and progressing sales with a base salary of £25k plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate agency or sales environments.
• Ability to generate new business and work toward targets.

Responsibilities

• Generating and booking property valuations.
• Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiating offers and agreeing on sales.
• Progressing sales through to exchange and completion.
• Maximising opportunities to schedule appointments for the Mortgage Advisor.
