Job summary

Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is seeking a highly motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our Fox & Sons residential sales team in Yeovil.

This UK-leading property services business offers industry-leading training, a clear career ladder, and exposure to Sales, Lettings, Mortgage Services, Land, New Homes, and more. The role features a £25k basic salary with uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Ideally, have previous sales experience.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Be numerate and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Generating and booking property valuations.
• Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiating offers and agreeing on sales.
• Progressing sales through to exchange and completion.
• Maximising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
