Job summary

Connells Group in Shirley, Birmingham, is hiring an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to deliver exceptional service and drive sales. The role offers a £25k base salary plus uncapped commission and a structured path for career progression within the group.

You will generate valuations, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and progress deals to completion while supporting the Mortgage Advisor with appointment scheduling. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate agency or property sales is advantageous.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and secure sales.
• Progress sales through to exchange and completion.
• Coordinate with Mortgage Advisor for appointments.
