Rendall & Rittner is seeking an Estate Manager for its flagship 216-apartment Strand development. You will lead concierge, FM and front-of-house teams, oversee contractors and compliance, and manage budgets to deliver five-star service in a luxury environment.
You will champion resident experience with discretion and robust property management discipline, ensuring impeccable presentation, safety and proactive issue resolution for an international community.
Set within a flagship St Edward scheme of 216 bespoke apartments across six elegant buildings, this is a rare opportunity to lead a truly luxury estate in the heart of the Strand. Landscaped courtyards, a 24-hour concierge and hotel-level amenities including pool, spa, fitness studio and cinema - create a refined, private members’ club feel for an international community of discerning residents. Moments from Temple Underground and opposite the Grade I-listed St Clement Danes church, you’ll manage a calm, polished environment where service, discretion and attention to detail define everyday life.
You will champion a five-star resident experience while orchestrating the smooth running of building services, amenities and front-of-house operations. You’ll lead and coach on-site teams, oversee contractors and compliance, manage budgets, and act as the trusted point of contact for residents, leaseholders and the client. Each day blends hospitality standards with robust estate management, ensuring flawless presentation and uncompromising safety.
