Job summary

Sanctuary Group is seeking an Estate Technician to join the Voids team covering the Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire areas. You will be responsible for clearing, grounds maintenance, and garden works to return properties to lettable standard promptly.

Training will be provided to ensure competence in all duties within a customer-focused environment. The role requires adaptability to changing demands, strong interpersonal and health and safety awareness, and a valid UK driving licence for company

Qualifications

• British Institute certificate in cleaning services (BICS).
• NVQ 2 in Horticulture or similar or willing to work towards.
• Pesticide Application Certificate PA1 - PA6 or willing to work towards.
• Working knowledge of caretaking, cleaning, reporting repairs, fencing and paving.
• Health and safety regulations knowledge.
• Full UK manual driving licence required for company vehicle duties.

Responsibilities

• Undertake grounds maintenance duties.
• Assist with cleaning and clearing of communal areas in Voids properties.
• Complete daily work records and maintain stock levels.
• Respond to complaints and breakdowns to meet customer expectations.
• Ensure tools and equipment are kept in usable condition.
• Work with customers to resolve issues and improve services.
• Provide updates on the progress of allocated work.
