Job summary

Sanctuary Group is seeking an Estate Technician in Liverpool to join the Estate Services team. The role involves cleaning and maintaining communal areas within housing schemes, performing caretaking tasks, and assisting with grounds maintenance across the North West.

You will also complete daily records and ensure tools are kept ready for use. The ideal candidate has knowledge of health and safety regulations, experience in a domestic/cleaning environment, and a valid UK driving licence for

• Must hold a full UK driving licence to drive company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Clearing and cleaning offices, communal areas within housing schemes, void properties and tenanted homes.
• Removal of bulk waste.
• Grass cutting, litter picking and garden salvage.
• Carrying out compliance checks.
• Completing daily work records and maintaining stock levels.
• Ensuring tools and equipment are kept in a usable condition.
• Providing accurate information and updates on the progress of allocated work.

Liverpool – covering sites in the North West area

£26,503 - £27,898 per year

We are looking for an Estate Technician to join our Estate Services team, based in Liverpool. Estate Services delivers a wide range of duties, including the cleaning and maintenance of communal areas within schemes, offices, and residential properties, as well as a broad range of caretaking responsibilities, such as repairs to fences, gates, and paving. In addition, the team carries out grounds maintenance works and compliance testing across Chester, Wirral, and Merseyside, and occasionally supports operations in parts of Manchester.

The role of Estate Technician will include:

Skills and experiences:

• Working knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Previous experience in a domestic / cleaning environment
• This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
