Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is seeking an Estate Assistant to join our Estates Team, covering Crewe and surrounding areas on a full-time, permanent basis. You will perform high-quality gardening, grounds maintenance and cleaning of internal communal areas, ensuring standards are met and spaces remain tidy and welcoming.

As the on-site representative for Guinness, you will engage with residents, colleagues and contractors.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience of delivering grounds maintenance across a variety of sites and garden types.
• Experience and knowledge of lawn, shrub and plant care.
• Proven experience of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ability to carry out physical tasks within Health & Safety guidelines.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and without high levels of supervision.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, Including COSHH and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Carry out high‑quality gardening and grounds maintenance, and cleaning of internal communal areas.
• Ensure work meets agreed standards and keeps outdoor spaces tidy and welcoming.
• Act as on‑site representative for Guinness, building relationships with residents, colleagues and contractors.
• Report responsive repairs, fly-tipping, graffiti and safeguarding concerns.
