Job summary

• Senior managerial experience in a similar role on projects.
• Experience delivering capital schemes.
• Experience managing programmes and budgets.
• Experience managing internal and contractor teams.
• Proven line management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the estate and capital development agenda.
• Oversee and manage delivery of all capital schemes.
• Oversee and manage minor works schemes.
• Manage the use of space within the organisation.
• Oversee land and property matters.
• Provide senior leadership and technical advice on estate development across the organisation.
• Build key relationships with clinical and non-clinical team leaders.
• Influence and support the Trust to improve services in a clear and sustainable manner.
