Hyde is seeking an Estate Cleaner to join our collaborative team in Tower Hamlets. You will maintain clean, safe and welcoming communal areas across residential blocks and community assets, supporting basic upkeep and responding professionally to customer enquiries.

The role focuses on cleaning duties, stock monitoring, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety in living environments for residents.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in a similar cleaning, caretaking or estate services role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, colleagues and contractors.
• Ability to follow health and safety procedures and respond promptly to hazards, risks or customer concerns.
• Willingness to undergo basic DBS check.

Responsabilidades

• Keep communal areas clean and well maintained (hallways, stairwells, lobbies and common rooms).
• Carry out cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and window/door cleaning.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries in communal areas.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling in line with local guidelines.
• Respond courteously to customer enquiries and concerns to maintain a safe, positive environment.

As an Estate Cleaner at Hyde, you will play an important role in maintaining clean, safe and welcoming communal areas across our residential blocks and community assets. You will help ensure our customers enjoy a positive living environment by carrying out cleaning duties, supporting basic upkeep and responding professionally to customer enquiries or concerns.

Key Duties

• Keep communal areas, including hallways, stairwells, lobbies and common rooms, clean, tidy and well maintained.
• Carry out regular cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and cleaning windows, doors and surfaces.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries in communal areas as required.
• Manage waste disposal, recycling collections and outdoor areas in line with local guidelines.
• Respond courteously to customer enquiries and concerns, helping to maintain a safe and positive environment.
