Estate Agent Valuer / Lister

• Join a successful office with a predicted turnover of over £600,000 in 2025, already achieving half of this in the first quarter.
• This well-established, forward-thinking independent estate agency aims to increase its market share through valuations and listings, further enhancing its reputation for quality and performance.

Role Overview:

• Are you an estate agent with a proven track record in residential property sales, valuations, and listings?
• Are you currently feeling undervalued or unsettled in your current role?
• If you are a Senior Negotiator, Senior Valuer / Lister, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager, or Valuations Manager seeking your next career move, we want to hear from you.

Candidate Attributes:

• We are looking for someone with in-depth knowledge of estate agency, who can excel in residential property sales and listings—a true deal maker capable of recognizing success both near and far.

Requirements:

• Previous estate agency experience is essential.

Remuneration:

• Basic salary up to £28,000 plus office commission, with on-target earnings up to £50,000.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:45 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on a rota (2 Saturdays on, 2 off).
