Newton Fallowell Bourne is seeking an experienced estate agent ready to advance to a field-based valuer role. A strong Senior Negotiator or an established Valuer with leadership potential will fit well.

You’ll be out on the road meeting homeowners, carrying out valuations and helping clients feel confident about their next move. You’ll also actively bring properties to market with photos and video to make listings stand out.

Qualifications

Newton Fallowell Bourne is looking for an experienced estate agent who is ready to take the next step into a field based valuer role. If you’re a strong Senior Negotiator with an eye for winning business, or an established Valuer looking for a supportive team and greater earning potential, we’d like to meet you.

You’ll be out on the road meeting homeowners, carrying out valuations and helping clients feel confident about their next move. You’ll also play a hands‑on part in bringing properties to market: taking photos, working with professional photographers and creating video content that makes listings stand out.

Back in the office, you’ll work closely with our sales team to turn instructions into successful moves. Where it benefits the client, you’ll introduce them to our mortgage and conveyancing services, with genuine opportunities to earn from referrals.

Who we’re looking for

You’ll already have estate agency experience and be confident building relationships with sellers. You may have valuation experience, or you may be a Senior Negotiator ready for that responsibility. Either way, you’ll enjoy being out in the local market, presenting homes well and helping the wider team succeed. A your own car is essential for this role.

Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 am–6:00 pm; Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm; alternate Saturdays, 9:00 am–4:00 pm.
