Newton Fallowell Bourne is seeking an experienced estate agent ready to advance to a field-based valuer role. A strong Senior Negotiator or an established Valuer with leadership potential will fit well.

You’ll be out on the road meeting homeowners, carrying out valuations and helping clients feel confident about their next move. You’ll also actively bring properties to market with photos and video to make listings stand out.

Qualifications

• You’ll already have estate agency experience and be confident building relationships with sellers.
• Valuation experience is a plus.
• Own a car is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and work with professional photographers; create video content for listings.
