You will deliver exceptional service to customers while driving business results, including property valuations, viewings, negotiating offers and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate agency or sales preferred.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and agree on sales.
• Progress sales through to exchange and completion.
• Promote appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
