Job summary

Connells Group in Northwich is seeking an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join the Swetenhams residential sales team. You will deliver exceptional service to customers while driving business results, including valuations, viewings, and negotiating offers.

The role offers a £25k basic salary with uncapped commission and clear career progression within a leading property services business. You will progress sales to exchange/completion and schedule mortgage advisor appointments as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literate (MS Office, internet and email).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generating and booking property valuations.
• Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiating offers and agreeing on sales.
• Progressing sales through to exchange and completion.
• Maximising opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
