Job summary

Connells Group in Forest Hall seeks an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to deliver exceptional property services and drive sales. You will value, view, and negotiate offers, progressing each deal toward exchange and completion while supporting Mortgage Advisor appointments.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and online systems.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generating and booking property valuations.
• Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiating offers and agreeing on sales.
• Progressing sales through to exchange and completion.
• Maximising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
