Estate Agent Sales Manager - Duties andresponsibilities:

• Actively pursue new business
• Analysis ofmarket and customer needs and selling to those needs
• Analysemarketing, set and implement plan together with Branch Manager to hit yearly targets.
• Carry out Valuations
• Assist Directors with staff development tomaximisebusiness opportunities
• Dealing with day-to-day generalenquiriesface to face / telephone and administration
• Maximisebusiness byactioningwebsite andRightmove/Zooplaenquiries
• Ensure compliance with Estate Agency legislation
• Vendors / Buyers updates

Estate Agent Sales Manager - Experience needed
