Job summary

Connells Group – the Home of Opportunity – is seeking an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join the Entwistle Green team in Crosby. You will deliver exceptional service, drive sales, and contribute to a busy branch while growing your career within a leading property services business.

The role offers a basic salary with uncapped commission and opportunities across Sales, Lettings, Mortgage Services, Land, New Homes and other services. Enthusiastic, driven individuals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Ideally, have previous sales experience.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generating and booking property valuations.
• Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiating offers and agreeing on sales.
• Progressing sales through to exchange and completion.
• Maximising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
