The successful candidate will oversee a team of experienced agents, act as MD's right hand, and drive listings and sales for a market-leading independent estate agency with a family feel.

The position demands at least 3 years in estate agency, including valuations and instruction gains.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in the Estate Agency industry is required and must include practical experience in valuations and instruction gaining.
• Strong leadership to motivate a team and drive targets.
• Ability to develop new business and listings for the branch.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and manage a team of experienced agents.
• Be the right hand to the Managing Director, overseeing brand and targets.
• Oversee listings and drive sales performance for the office (≈£700k–£750k in sales).
• Maintain professional approach to every aspect of selling homes.
