Job summary

Clark James Recruitment are working with a highly professional Estate Agency business that have multiple office across several locations.

As a Sales Progressor you will be responsible for the full sales progression process, progressing branch sales from start point to exchange/completion, and building strong relationships with buyers, sellers, brokers, solicitors and Surveyors. AML checks, maintaining strong communication with sellers, weekly sales meetings and upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Previous Estate Agency experience essential.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and sustain key relationships with professionals.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Strong telephone manner.
• Commercial awareness and KPI management capability.
• A proactive mindset and drive.

Responsibilities

• Full sales progression process from intake to exchange/completion.
• Progress branch sales from start point through to exchange and completion.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, brokers, solicitors and surveyors.
• Conduct AML checks as part of the process.
• Maintain regular, clear communication with sellers.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and uphold company standards.
