Job summary

Tate & Harriss - Property Recruitment is seeking a Sales Progressor for our estate agency client in Amersham. The role requires a proven track record progressing sales and coordinating through exchange and completion.

You must be a UK resident, ideally within a 30-minute commute, and comfortable working in a hybrid pattern with two days at home. Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm. No driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sales Progressor or Sales Negotiator with a strong track record.
• Highly organized and literate with excellent written communication.
• Able to manage workload in a fast-paced environment and think strategically.

Responsibilities

• Managing properties from sale agreed through to exchange and completion of contracts.
• Liaising with surveyors and solicitors.
• Managing and advising clients on a regular basis throughout the process.
• Advising clients on any negotiations should that be necessary.
• Updating vendors on their sale and ensuring they are given the best possible advice.
• Recording and inputting information onto the database.

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Progressor for our Estate Agency client based in Amersham.

The successful candidate must have experience progressing a sale solely as a Sales Progressor or a Sales Negotiator who has a good track record and experience progressing sales.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

No driving licence required!

Salary and benefits package for the role of Sales Progressor:

• Basic £28,000 - £35,000
• OTE £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
• Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
• 2 days working from home
