haart Estate Agents is seeking a Senior Branch Manager in Basildon to lead a dynamic estate agency team and shape the future of the branch. You will drive business growth, coach negotiators, and manage performance to achieve KPIs in a competitive market.

You will foster strong relationships with buyers and sellers, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and work with the leadership to implement strategic initiatives across the Basildon branch.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, a Property Valuer position, or higher.
• Ability to lead teams and drive KPI achievement.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with customers and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of current Estate Agency legislation.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive, high-volume workloads.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team.
• Coach the team to achieve KPIs.
• Monitor and assess individual performance (including one-to-one meetings).
• Encourage development and progression.
• Strong focus on generating new and repeat business.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers.

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, a Property Valuer position, or higher
• Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and each other
• The ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch
• The ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors
