Job summary

ESS Employment Ltd is seeking an Electronic Assembler for site-based work in Stonehouse. The role is full-time and permanent, with an on-site pattern and hourly pay between £13.08 and £13.96 depending on experience.

You will work with wiring looms, small components and read drawings, following written instructions in a manufacturing setting. Previous experience in cable/wiring harnesses and precision crimping is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing environment experience required.
• Crimping and wiring loom production experience required.
• Dexterity with very small components required.
• Experience with cable/wiring harnesses preferred.
• Ability to read customer drawings and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and crimp wiring harnesses and small components according to drawings.
• Follow written assembly instructions and quality checks during production.
• Operate hand and machine tools as needed to assemble wiring looms.

• Previous experience of working within a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to do small hand/machine crimping and produce wiring looms.
• You will be required to be dextrous as you will be working with very small components.
• Previous experience with Cable/Wiring Harness.
• Be able to read customers drawings.
• Follow written instructions.
