Dovetail & Slate Ltd is seeking an ESOL Support Tutor to assist learners developing English language skills in a Further Education setting in the South East. You will work with teaching staff to help learners build confidence and practical language abilities necessary to progress.

Responsibilities include supporting ESOL sessions, providing individual and small-group support, and monitoring progress with accurate records. Desirable qualifications include ESOL or teaching credentials.

Qualificações

• Experience supporting learners with English language development.
• Ability to build positive, supportive relationships with learners from diverse backgrounds.
• Desirable: a recognised teaching or ESOL qualification.
• Experience working in further education or adult learning settings.

As an ESOL Support Tutor, you'll support learners developing their English language skills with an education provider in the South East. You'll work alongside teaching staff to help learners build the confidence, understanding and practical language skills they need to progress.

You'll provide tailored support both in and around the classroom, adapting your approach to the range of backgrounds, starting points and goals your learners bring with them.

Your responsibilities will include:
