Job summary

Dovetail & Slate Ltd is seeking an ESOL Lecturer to deliver engaging ESOL teaching across programmes within a further education setting. You will plan sessions, assess learner work and track progress, while supporting learners to develop speaking, listening, reading and writing with confidence.

You will work with a supportive team to maintain an inclusive learning environment, providing pastoral support and robust record keeping.

Qualifications

• Qualified in ESOL or related subject.
• Experience teaching or supporting learners with English language development.
• Strong communication and ability to engage learners of all abilities.

About the Role

Our client, a further education provider, is looking for an ESOL Lecturer to join their team. You'll deliver engaging, high-quality teaching across ESOL programmes, helping learners develop their speaking, listening, reading and writing skills with confidence.

You'll plan and prepare your sessions, assess learner work and track progress, working alongside a supportive team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

What We’re Looking For

• A relevant qualification in ESOL or a related subject

• A recognised teaching qualification


• Experience of working in a further education setting
