Clarus Education is seeking an experienced ESOL/EFL Lecturer to provide short-term sickness cover for 6 weeks across the Cambridge and Huntingdon campuses. The role is 22 hours per week (16 teaching + 6 preparation), starting ASAP on Monday 2 November, with a competitive hourly rate of £16.11–£23.71.

You will deliver ESOL/EFL lessons to adult learners, manage a timetable, keep records, and collaborate with staff while adhering to safeguarding and college policies.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching ESOL or EFL to adult learners.
• Strong lesson planning and assessment abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Flexible and learner-focused approach.
• Willingness to travel between Cambridge and Huntingdon campuses.
