Job summary

Hamilton Bradshaw Group is partnering with a rapidly-growing UK financial services organisation to appoint a Non-Financial Reporting Accountant focused on sustainability and non-financial reporting. The role blends finance, sustainability, reporting and data, working with senior stakeholders to deliver external disclosures and enhance reporting controls.

This is not a traditional financial accounting role; candidates should demonstrate exposure to sustainability, ESG or non-financial reporting

Qualifications

Exposure to sustainability, ESG or non-financial reporting.
Understand UK SRS, TCFD and related disclosures.
Open to part-qualified or newly qualified accountants.
Experience with data gathering and analysis for reporting.

Responsibilities

Support delivery of annual sustainability and non-financial reporting.
Contribute disclosures aligned with recognised frameworks including UK SRS, TCFD and other evolving requirements.
Gather, validate and analyse sustainability and non-financial data.
Support emissions calculations and environmental reporting activities.
Assist with assurance readiness, audits, ESG ratings and external submissions.
Identify opportunities to strengthen reporting processes, controls and data quality.
Work with stakeholders to improve reporting ownership, governance and accountability.
Support reporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
