Job summary

Acadian Asset Management LLC in London is seeking an ESG Quant Analyst - Stewardship Specialist to join the Responsible Investing team. This role sits in a quantitative environment and blends direct company engagements with scalable research tools and datasets.

You’ll work with Python and AI techniques to analyze large datasets, coordinate engagements across regions, and produce high-quality stewardship reporting for internal and external audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 1–2 years of buy-side or sell-side experience.
• Proficient in Python and SQL with ability to analyze large datasets.
• Experience with generative AI tools such as OpenAI and Claude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex analytics.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects across time zones.
• Interest in CFA Sustainable Investing Certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engagement activities with investee companies and document insights.
• Support quantitative ESG assessments and maintain engagement databases.
• Develop scalable research tools and datasets for ESG signals.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and researchers to share findings.
