Kingfisher plc is seeking an ESG Reporting Manager on a 12-month FTC/secondment to lead development and delivery of ESG reporting, including the Responsible Business report, data appendix, annual report, and content on Kingfisher.com.

You will coordinate data collection, manage audits, lead the reporting delivery team, stay ahead of CSRD/ESRS and IFRS S1/S2, and partner with Finance, Legal and business teams. Role based in London with a hybrid working model.

Formación

• Experience of corporate reporting and managing complex reporting projects.
• Strong knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks, regulations and requirements (e.g., SASB, TCFD, CSRD).
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering multiple deliverables.
• Excellent collaboration, communication and facilitation skills; able to explain complex information clearly.
• Confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders; able to present to internal/external audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery of Kingfisher’s annual ESG reporting commitments (Responsible Business report, data appendix, annual report, Kingfisher.com content).
• Manage collection, review and validation of responsible business performance data across the Group.
• Coordinate audit and external assurance of data with external providers and internal audit where applicable.
• Lead the reporting delivery team, coordinating internal and external specialists to deliver high-quality reporting on time and within budget.
• Monitor ESG reporting requirements and communicate regulatory developments to the business clearly.
• Support readiness for CSRD/ESRS and IFRS S1/S2 including data, governance, controls and assurance planning.
• Partner with project managers to implement new reporting tools and integrate content into annual reporting cycles.
