Job summary

Resource Data Management is seeking an ESG & Sustainability Analyst (Data & Reporting) to lead the development of scalable ESG reporting across global operations. You will own ESG data, design Power BI dashboards, and drive data governance while collaborating with Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Finance.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, audit readiness and continuous improvement of sustainability performance with cross‑functional influence.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis, sustainability, operations, supply chain, quality, compliance or a similar business function.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong Power BI dashboard development and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Support ESG strategy, objectives and action plans.
• Develop, maintain and audit ESG dashboards and KPI reporting in Power BI.
• Ensure ESG data accuracy, traceability and governance.
