Job summary

KONE is seeking an Escalator Service Engineer to join our Service and Maintenance team on a full-time basis in the UK. You will service, maintain and repair escalators across Liverpool, Manchester, Warrington and North Wales, with on-call duties roughly every 4–5 weeks.

You’ll join a seasoned team, benefit from learning opportunities, and work with a broad range of customers in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ3 in Escalator Engineering or equivalent.
• Uk Drivers Licence is required.
• Experience of working with escalators.
• Strong customer skills are essential.
• Excellent health and safety knowledge.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintenance and minor repairs of escalators along a regional route.
• Responding to customer call-outs and participating in an on-call rota.
• Collaborating with a skilled team to share expertise and develop skills.
