Job summary
Stannah Group is seeking an Escalator Engineer to service and repair escalators and moving walkways across Scotland Central Belt. You will work in high-profile transport environments, ensuring safety and reliability.
The role requires NVQ 3 in Escalator Engineering or equivalent, plus experience with electrical/mechanical systems and use of PDA/computer to log calls and access equipment data. A company van and comprehensive benefits are provided.
Qualifications
- NVQ 3 in escalator engineering or equivalent is required.
- Experience in maintaining and repairing electrical, mechanical or electronic equipment in customer environments.
- Good computer/PDA skills to log calls and access equipment information.
Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance, repairs and callouts on escalators and moving walkways from various manufacturers.
- Ensure high standards of safety, service delivery and customer care.
- Perform risk assessments and maintain site logs on every visit.
