Job summary

London North Eastern Railway is seeking a Learning Specialist to design, facilitate and deliver engaging instructional and online learning resources for the East Coast Digital Programme (ECDP) using Articulate.

You’ll own end-to-end learning solutions, work with internal customers and stakeholders, and ensure training objectives and evaluations maximise performance and safety across operational teams.

Qualifications

• Experience of designing operational and/or safety critical/compliance training material.
• Working knowledge of e-Learning platforms and the ability to create modules (Articulate would be beneficial).
• Experience in designing instructor led and blended training solutions.
• Experience of developing solutions within a customer experience environment and at all levels.
• Previous experience of designing and delivering learning and development interventions.
• Proven ability to work in a team focused on achieving results.
• Project management experience and excellent communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, facilitate and deliver engaging instructional and online learning resources.
• Own end-to-end process of implementing new learning solutions for ERTMS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create learning objectives and evaluation plans.
• Regularly evaluate learning content to maximise user experience and outcomes.
• Partner with the business to refresh content with regional teams as needed.
